Our Story

A woman with dark curly hair lying on grass surrounded by orange and yellow flowers, smiling with eyes closed.

Hola! I worked in Denver’s vibrant hospitality industry for a decade before dedicating my career to policy advocacy. I’ve had the opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world and develop meaningful connections with Colorado locals. The industry became my second home while I balanced college, internships, and working for locally owned restaurant bars in the Mile High. It was always a gift to be a part of my guests’ memorable experiences.

The first drink I ever made was for Zocalo, the most fun karaoke bar in Capitol Hill. Later, I developed a special love for serving wine and learning from patrons about the intricacies of an interesting red. Most recently,I learned to craft refreshing mix drinks during my stay in beautiful Waikiki Beach. Every place was unique and a learning experience.

I get energized when my guest are having a good time and I look forward to continue building a memorable experience for you and your guest.

Note of gratitude:

I have deep gratitude for my late friend Mario Vargas, a Broadway small business owner who thought me and many others the importance to laugh and have fun specially during our busiest and most chaotic shifts.

I miss you friend!
